For 30 years, each Ruby’s Dinette offers a glimpse back to the 1940s with bright red vinyl booths, white Formica tables, soda fountains and colorful Coca-Cola posters that echoes the swing era. Signature Ruby’s menu items include all-American diner fare, fresh salads, delectable milkshakes and desserts.
Ruby’s Diner will be open Christmas Eve 7am-10pm. Ruby’s Diner will be open 7am-1:30am New Year’s Eve.
